(17)After filling the vacancy of the concerned Gram Katchahry from its merit list, the Katchahry-wise panel prepared will be preserved so that in case any vacancy occurs in future it may be filled up from the merit list of the concerned Gram Katchahry in descending order and on the basis of the counselling by the Samiti mentioned above.
