1. Both counsels submit that in the reply they have made a stipulation that partial claim of the applicant had already been satisfied and relating to the balance matter the representations are pending with the respondents. A submission is made by the applicants that if, an order is made to the respondents to consider the representations within a time frame, he will be satisfied.
2. Shri VN.Holla, learned counsel for the respondents is ready to consider representations annexure A-11 series. Therefore, there will be a mandate to the respondents to consider the representations within next 2 months and pass an appropriate speaking order. Therefore, OA is disposed off, as above. No order as to costs.
