Section 41(4) in The Dibrugarh University Act, 1965
(4)Any appointment made under sub-sections (2) and (3) shall be for a period not exceeding five years and on such conditions as the appointing authority thinks fit to specify ; provided that no such appointment shall be made until financial arrangement has been made thereof.
