Section 50(3) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
(3)The Government may, by notification, exempt any, society or class of societies from,-(a)land revenue;(b)taxes on agricultural income;(c)taxes on sale or purchase of goods; and(d)taxes on profession, trades, callings and employments.
