Section 87(3) in The Central Industrial Security Force Rules, 2001
(3)If any enrolled member of the Force in Force custody escapes or is rescued, the member of the Force from whose custody he escaped or was rescued shall report the escape or rescue to the officer-in-charge of the Police Station and may immediately pursue and arrest such enrolled member in any place in India.
