Section 18 in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
18. Law Officer.
(1)The Law Officer shall be appointed by the University. He shall be in-charge in respect of all legal matters for and against University.(2)The qualifications, experience, powers, functions, and duties of the Law Officer shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
