Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(1)Admission of a child in the observation home or a place of safety shall be made round the clock for the purpose of sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 12 of the Act and the officer-in-charge of observation home or a place of safety is bound to receive the child.
