- The uncooked food shall be weighed out to the cooks in the presence of the Deputy Superintendent, Senior Assistant Superintendent or Medical Officer who shall be held responsible that the proper quantity is issued, and also in the presence of the Assistant Superintendent or head warder specially appointed to keep the godowns clean in which the food-stuffs are stored. The Vegetable Ghee should not be issued until it is actually required, and one of the above higher officials shall be present when it is being mixed with the dal and vegetables.
