107. Penalty for contravening rules, etc., under section 33 or 34.
- Whoever,-(a)contravenes any rule made under section 33, or(b)contravenes, disobeys, opposes or fails to conform to any order given by a Police Officer under section 34,shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to [ five hundred rupees] [Substituted by Act 6 of 1998 w.e.f. 25.10.1997.]
