97. Appeals against awards of Registrar.
(1)Any person aggrieved by any award of the Registrar made under clause (a) of sub-section (1), or sub section (2) of section 71 may within forty five days after the date on which the award is communicated to such person appeal to the Tribunal.(2)The Tribunal after hearing an appeal under this section may pass such order as it may deem just.
