(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act:Provided that the State Government may, by such notification, appoint one date from which the Act shall come into force in respect of under-graduate education a inclusive of education in a professional college and by a separate notification, appoint another date from which the Act shall came into force in respect of post-graduate education and research.
