(a)Terms and Conditions of Appointment:(i)The appointment of the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be made by the President;(ii)He/she shall report to the Provost;(iii)He/she shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University;(iv)He/she shall be appointed for a term of five years and shall be eligible for reappointment:
