Section 1 in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
1. Short title, Commencement and extent.
- (i) This Act may be called the Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011.(ii)It extends to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.(iii)It shall come in to force at once but the proposed University shall come in to existence as per the provisions of Section (3) (i) of the Act.
