Section 32(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Act, 2014
(1)The Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights in User of Land Ordinance, 2013 (Ordinance No. IV of 2013) is hereby repealed.
