Section 31(3) in The Punjab Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Rules, 1960

(3)Parents and guardian may visit inmates of a protective home on Saturdays and Sundays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. For very urgent reasons, visitors may be allowed on other days and at other times with the special permission of the Superintendent. The privilege of receiving visitors may be refused on the orders of the Superintendent as a punishment for misconduct by the inmate, or if it is used to introduce any prohibited article into the home or if the parent or guardian has or is likely to have, in the opinion of the Superintendent, a bad influence on an inmate or inmates or for any other sufficient cause. The Superintendent shall record his/her reasons for such refusal in the office journal.
