(xxii)To purchase or to take on lease any land or building or sports complex or sports infrastructure and scientific sports research equipment orindoor stadium or works which may be necessary or convenient for the purposes of the University, on such terms and conditions as it may think fit and proper and to construct, alter and maintain any such building or work;
