13. Remuneration of Directors.
- Directors, save as otherwise provided in section 11, shall be paid such fees and allowances as may be prescribed for attending the meetings of the Board or of any of its committees and for attending to any other work of the corporation:Provided that no fee shall be payable under this section to the chairman, managing director or any other director who is an officer of the State Government or of the Central Government.
