Section 84(2) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(2)The Registrar or his nominee or the board of nominees shall have power to order the fees and expenses of determining the disputes to be paid by the society out of its funds or by such party or parties to the dispute as he or it may think fit, according to the scale laid down by the Registrar after taking into account the amount deposited under sub-rule (1) of this rule.
