(6)The person in charge of transfer operations shall ensure that transfer operations are stopped in the event of-(i)any leakage;(ii)a fire occurring in the vicinity;(iii)a severe electrical storm occurring in the vicinity in the case of an operation which involves venting of flammable gas.[30-A. Dispenser for liquefied petroleum gas dispensing station.-The dispenser and connected fittings used for dispensing liquefied petroleum gas in motor vehicles provided in the liquefied petroleum gas dispensing station shall be designed, constructed, tested and maintained in accordance with the requirements laid down in Schedule II of these rules and be of a type approved in writing by the Chief Controller.
