Section 7(1) in Telangana State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2017
(1)A reference to the Council shall be made by way of a statement of claim in Form 1 accompanied by such documents and facts supporting his claim enclosing the requisite number of copies together with an initial share deposit towards costs of an amount of rupees one thousand by way of a demand draft in the name of the Chairman, TSMSEFC, Hyderabad.
