The Inspection Commission referred to in statute 61 shall report to the University as to whether all the requirements specified in statute 60 have been provided by the applicant college. The Inspection Commission shall also point out in its report the lacunae, if any, in the fulfilment of the requirements to be provided and also advise as to the capability of the management of the college to rectify the lacunae within a period of two months.
