31. Powers and Duties of Recognition Committee.
- The Recognition Committee shall consider and make recommendation [to the Executive Council] [Inserted by (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 19 of 1997).] on all matters relating to the grant or withdrawal of recognition of secondary and higher secondary schools in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
