9. Designated Area.
- For the purposes of sub-clauses (v) and (vi) under the heading "Elected Members" sub-section 1 of the Section 12 of the Act, the following are declared to be designated areas:(1)Pernem, Satari and Bicholim,(2)Bardez,(3)Tiswadi and Mormugao,(4)Ponda and Sanguem,(5)Salcete,(6)Quepem and Canacona.
