Section 19(1) in The General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988
(1)An officer duly authorised by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser may, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 (B) of the Act, seize any article in relation to which the Officer has reason to believe that any provision of the Act or rules made thereunder has been or is being or appears to have been contravened.
