Section 18(4) in Bihar Employees' State Insurance Medical Service Rules, 1981
(4)On conclusion of the period of probation, an officer shall be confirmed provided he has passed the departmental examination by the prescribed standard and is considered by the Governor suitable for confirmation in all respects.
