RFA No.1 of 2016 alongwith RFA Nos. 400, 401 and 402 of 2015 and RFA No.7 of 2016 08.04.2022 Present: Mr. Raju Ram Rahi, Deputy Advocate General, for the appellants in all appeals.
Mr.Prashant Sharma, Advocate, vice Mr.O.C. Sharma, Advocate, for the respondents in all appeals except respondent No.10 in RFA No.1 of 2016.
Respondent No.10 in RFA No.1 of 2016 is stated to have expired.
rCMP(M) No.368 and 370 of 2022 in RFA No.1 of 2016 These applications have been filed for substitution of deceased respondent No.10 Sant Ram, who has expired on 04.11.2018 leaving behind his legal heirs mentioned in para-5 of CMP(M) No.368 of 2022. Death certificate and legal heir certificate issued by Patwari on the basis of mutation No.258 dated 23.01.2019 have also been placed on record.
No objection has been communicated for allowing the applications on behalf of appearing respondents.
In view of above, legal heirs of deceased respondent NO.10-Sant Ram are permitted to be brought on record as respondents No.10(a) to 10(d) respectively, after condonation of delay and setting aside abatement, if any.
Applications stand disposed of.
Amended memo of parties filed alongwith CMP(M) No.370 of 2022 be taken on record at appropriate place.
RFA No.1 of 2016Notice to newly added respondents No.10(a) to 10(d), returnable within four weeks, be issued on taking steps within a week.
