Section 28(2) in Maharashtra Housing (Regulation And Development) Act, 2012
(2)The Chairperson, if for any reason, is unable to attend a meeting of the Housing Regulatory Authority, the senior-most Member amongst the Members present at the meeting shall preside:Provided that, any decision relating to cancellation of registration under section 7 shall not be executed unless the same is decided in a meeting attended by all the Members.
