63. Repeal.

- The Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2001 is hereby repealed:Provided that any action taken or order issued under the provisions of the Rules of 2001 prior to the notification of these rules shall, in so far it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules, be deemed to have been taken or issued under the provisions of these rules.Form I[See rule 2(n), 9(xv), 36(1), 36(3) (i)]Social Investigation Report(Child in conflict with law)
