31. - Certain provisions of ode of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to apply
The provisions of Sections 457, 458 and 459 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), shall, as nearly as may be practicable, apply to all property seized or taken charge of by the Police.
