"Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to either serve the respondents by way of dasti process or to ascertain their correct address. Matter has been hanging fire for this purpose since 14.12.2015. Last opportunity of three weeks is granted to ascertain correct address of the respondents.
Adjourned to 29.8.2017 to enable the petitioner to find out the correct address of the respondents and serve them by way of dasti process."
Even today the correct address of the respondents has not been filed.
Consequently, the petition is dismissed for want of non- prosecution.
