Section 24(4) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(4)If the Conciliation Cell is unable to secure settlement to the dispute in respect of matter which is before Court concerned, the panel advocate shall intimate that fact to the Court concerned.
