Shri Nitin Agrawal, learned counsel for respondent.
Learned counsel for respondent prays for further time to file compliance report of the order dated 31/8/2018 passed in W.P.16867/2018 where direction was issued to the Collector to ensure execution of RRC issued in June, 2017 by taking appropriate steps to ensure the benefits to reach the genuine nominee/legal heir of late workman within a period of two months.
Since passing of the order, nearly three years have elapsed and the respondent today is seeking further time.
Further time as a matter of last indulgence till next date is granted subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) which shall be paid by respondent by depositing the same in bank A/c on furnishing details of bank account by nominee/legal heir of late workman to the respondent. In case the cost is not paid and order dated 31/8/2018 before next date of hearing is not complied with, then respondent shall be liable to face rigors of contempt proceedings.
List on 3rd of May, 2021.
Meanwhile petitioner is directed to implead Shri Satish Kumar and Shri Virendra Singh Rawat as respondent Nos. 2 & 3 for which no separate application shall be filed but instead amended petition shall be filed on-line by petitioner within three working days.
