Section 8 in The Punjab Ice Price Control Act, 1968

8. Penalty.

- If any person contravenes any provision of this Act or any Order issued thereunder, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
