33. Limits on extent of land [Section 2(3)(a)].
- The limits on extent of land beyond which provisions of which Rehabilitation and Resettlement under the Act in cases of purchase by a private company through Private Negotiation for public purpose with the owner of the land shall be as specified by the Government from time to time.
