Section 5(1) in Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1980

(1)Every application for the grant of a licence for using fishing vessel of the class specified in column (1) of the Table below shall be accompanied by the fees specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the Table. The applicant shall also furnish such security for the due performance of the conditions of the licence as specified in column (3) of the Table.Table
