Section 8(i) in Telangana Panchayat Raj (Authority to dispose petitions in respect of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Praja Parishads and Zilla Praja Parishads) Rules, 2018
(i)No election petition shall be withdrawn without the leave of the Election Tribunal.
