7. Existing Licenses under A.P. Distillery Rules 1970.
- The Andhra Pradesh Distillery Rules 1970 shall cease to operate on the commencement of these rules and all relevant licenses granted under Andhra Pradesh Distillery Ruled 1970 for such purposes as categorised in Rule 3 of these rules shall be deemed to have been granted under these rules.Provided that the licence fee in respect of the existing distilleries shall be paid by the licensees proportionately from the date of commencement of these rules.
