(3)Deputy Director. - By promotion through the Departmental Selection Committee from amongst such permanent Assistant Directors, Exhibition Officers, Assistant Directors (Urdu), Film Production Officers, Officer-in-charge, (Publication), Song and Drama Officers, District Level Public Relations Officers and Editors as have put in at least five year's service as such.
