Section 10(3) in The Assam Agricultural University Act, 1968
(3)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the ex-officio Chairman and Registrar the non-member Secretary of the Board. One-third of the members of the Board shall constitute quorum for the transaction of the business, provided all members had been given due advance notice of the meeting.
