Section 39(1) in Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University Act, 2007
(1)The Officers of the University referred to in clauses (iii) to (xi) of section 24 shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board of Management on such terms and conditions and in the manner, as may be prescribed:Provided that the Vice-Chancellor may make appointments of such officers as a temporary measure for a period of six months under intimation to the concerned authority of the University.
