Section 33(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
(3)A record-or-rights made or specially revised for an estate under this section shall be deemed to be the record-of-rights for the estate, but shall not affect any presumption in favour of the State, which has already arisen from any previous record-of-rights.
