21. Transparency.
(1)The Authority or Government Authority or Government Agency or Local Authority shall ensure transparency in their functioning under the Act.(2)Any Person while submitting the proposal to the Authority under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Act shall enter into integrity pact with the Authority.(3)The details of the integrity pact shall be such as may be prescribed.
