Section 20(14) in The M.P. Shops and Establishments Rules, 1959
(14)If on an application made by an employer the State Government is satisfied that any muster roll, register or record maintained by such employer gives in respect of all or any of the employees in his establishment the particulars required to be shown in any registers, record or notice prescribed under this rule, the State Government may, by order in writing direct that such muster roll, register or record may to the corresponding extent he maintained in place of such registers, record or notice, as the case may be.
