(3)[ the Selection Committee referred to in subsection (2) shall consist of:-(i)The Vice-Chancellor as the Chairperson of the Selection Committee;(ii)Three outside experts in the concern subject, to be invited on the basis of the list recommended by the Vice-Chancellor and approval by the Syndicate;(iii)Head of the concerned Faculty or the Director of Higher Education;(iv)An academician nominated by the Chancellor;(v)Head of the concerned Department and the Director of Higher Education both shall be the member in case of selection to the post of Professors and Readers.
