Section 219(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)In every establishment wherein five hundred or more building workers are ordinarily employed, the employer shall appoint safety officers as per the scale laid down in Schedule-VH annexed to these rules. Such safety officers may be assisted by suitable and adequate staff.
