Section 34 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
34. Fund of the University. -
(1)The University shall have a fund to be called the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] Fund, hereinafter referred to as the University Fund.(2)All monies received by the University by way of fees, fines, endowments, grants, donations, bequests or loans or on any other account whatsoever, shall be credited to, and all expenditure incurred by the University shall be paid out of, the University Fund.
