Section 12(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989
(1)If, at any time, before the completion of the enquiry referred to in Rule 11 above, the Recording Authority has reasons to believe that any entry made in the Draft Record of Rights requires to be altered in any manner he may make such alteration:Provided that no such alteration shall be made without giving any person whose name is entered in the Draft Record of Rights as having any interest in the land in respect of the entry relating to which the alteration is proposed of making a representation in that behalf.
