Section 18(2) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(2)The advice given by the Academic Advisory Committee shall not be binding on the [Council] [Word 'Vidyalaya' first substituted for the words 'Governing Body' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then the word within third brackets' substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.], but the [Council] [Word 'Vidyalaya' first substituted for the words 'Governing Body' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then the word within third brackets' substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall record the reasons at its meeting for not accepting the advice given by the Academic Advisory Committee.
