Section 318(1)(b) in Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001

(b)The Municipality shall, if so required by the Government, exercise the power conferred upon it by section 308, 315 or 316 or any regulations relating to streets in respect of any encroachment or changing structure on or over such street or by materials, goods or articles of merchandise deposited on such street.
