Section 23(1) in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017
(1)Where an appeal is received under these regulations, the Zonal Manager shall consider all the circumstances of the case and pass such orders as it deems fit:Provided that the appellant shall be given a reasonable opportunity of representing his case.
